Cecilia Home 成立于 2019 年。从一开始，我们就从零构建所有的工作流程、制图标准与工程计算流程——现代、高效，并完全针对加州的审批环境进行优化。没有“沿用旧模板”的捷径，也没有停留在过去的习惯。
